These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Smart2Office (smart2office.com). By accessing or using our website and tools you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

By using Smart2Office, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Smart2Office provides a collection of free online productivity tools including PDF utilities, image editors, calculators, converters, and developer tools. Most tools operate entirely within your browser (client-side). Some advanced tools may require server-side processing.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Smart2Office for personal and commercial purposes provided you:

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent our infrastructure
• Do not use our tools to process illegal, harmful or infringing content
• Do not scrape, copy or mirror the site without written permission
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to bulk-use our tools
• Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws

4. Intellectual Property

The Smart2Office brand, logo, design system, code and original content are the intellectual property of Smart2Office. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Tool output files you create belong entirely to you.

5. User Content & Privacy

Files you process using our tools remain your property. For client-side tools (PDF, image, text, calculators), your files never leave your device. 6. Disclaimers

Smart2Office services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free
• Tool outputs are suitable for any specific professional purpose (legal, medical, financial)
• Calculator results are guaranteed to be accurate for all edge cases

Always verify critical outputs independently, especially for financial, legal or health-related calculations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart2Office and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business revenue or profits.

8. Third-Party Services & Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
