Tool Testing & Accuracy Policy

How Smart2Office checks tools, communicates limitations and handles reported problems.

What we check

Testing focuses on whether inputs are accepted correctly, the expected operation completes, results can be copied or downloaded, errors are understandable, and the interface remains usable on common screen sizes.

Browser-based file processing

Where a tool states that processing is local, the implementation is designed to operate in the browser. Browser memory, file complexity and format support can affect results. Important output should always be reviewed before use.

Calculators

Formula-based calculators expose the relevant formula or methodology where practical. Rounding can cause small differences from banks, tax systems or other services.

Known limitations

We prefer to disclose a limitation or temporarily exclude a tool from search indexing rather than claim a capability that has not been verified.

Report a problem

Please use the Contact page with the tool name, browser/device and a description of the issue. Do not send confidential source files.
